Child Play Therapy
Through play, creativity, and connection, children find a place where they can process their experiences and express themselves in their own way. Play becomes a way for children to communicate what they may not yet have words for, while also building confidence and discovering new ways of responding to challenges.
Areas of focus: anxiety, loss, change or transition, confidence, big emotions, neurodivergence
