Information Sessions

Individual / Family | 50 mins | In-person & Virtual

Information sessions offer an opportunity for individuals, parents, or families to learn more about Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a supportive and accessible way. Sessions are psycheducational in nature, and can focus on general understanding or explore specific areas of interest (ex. emotions, learning, school, relationships, etc). The aim is to foster greater understanding, compassion, and confidence in navigating ADHD.

ADHD Workshops

ADHD Workshops are psychoeducational group sessions which offer a structured, interactive way to build understanding and practical insight surrounding ADHD. Workshops focus on specific areas, such as relationships, building sustainable systems, ADHD in women, and experiences in the workplace & school. Workshops support general understanding, while also focusing on skill-building and strategy development.
