Child Play Therapy

Through the language of play, children are invited to lead, create, and process their experiences in ways that feel safe, accessible, and developmentally appropriate. Your therapist may integrate diverse techniques, including puppetry, play, sandtray and art to meet each child’s unique needs and ways of expressing themselves.

Youth Counselling & Psychotherapy

Using an integrated approach, youth are offered a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges related to school, home, peer relationships, identity, and mental health. Therapy integrates talk-based and creative interventions, adapting sessions to meet each young person’s developmental stage, individual strengths, and unique experiences.
