Therapy is a unique journey for everyone. It offers a space dedicated to you - where we explore your experiences and create connections between patterns, thoughts, coping mechanisms, and emotions.
Therapy may move from self-exploration and emotional processing, to practical skill building based on your individual goals and situation.

Yes. Virtual therapy is available for clients who are located in Ontario.

Yes. In-person appointments are available in Kingston, Ontario.

Sessions last between 50 - 60 minutes.

My office is located within Axiom Wellness Centre at 1058 Gardiners Road in Kingston, Ontario.
Please note that my office is accessed by one flight of stairs. If stairs present an accessibility concern, please reach out before booking so we can discuss whether a virtual appointment or another option may be appropriate.

Yes. I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation. This is an opportunity to explore your concerns, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Child and Youth Services

Before your child begins therapy, we’ll have a caregiver intake session. This gives us an opportunity to talk about your child’s history, current concerns, strengths, relationships, and what you’ve been noticing.

Caregiver involvement is an important part of child therapy, although it may look different for each family. Depending on your child’s needs, therapy may include:
Individual child sessions: The child and therapist meet one-on-one.
Dyadic sessions: The child and caregiver participate together in the therapy session.
Caregiver support sessions: The therapist and caregiver meet individually.
We can determine together which combination of sessions feels right for your child and family.

I work with ages 7+.

Yes. Depending on the individual, therapy may involve art, play, sandtray, and talk-based therapy.
